Why not just run 2-3 sea sources, midseasons can become a non-threat, and a lot of tags doesn't benefit you without DRT and PSF. If you have the influence for it, particularly in grndl, you want to get Sea Source early, so 3 isn't so bad.

Midseason Replacements is better because if the runner have New Angeles City Hall he still has tags.But with Sea Source he pay 2 for avoid tag.
