Mostly code gates, get out heaps of cheap ice with idea many subs. Using things like Paper Wall, Rototurret and Wendigo to force them to get out other breakers just for the few pieces of ice and waste the runners time.

Might be better to swap out Roto for Swordsman or a Guard and spend the inf on another Minelayer or a Wraparound.

Not sure if the deck needs more econ or not, most of the ice is fairly cheap, will figure that out with more playtesting

Hey! A friend of mine plays a similar deck, and it's pretty hard to win, unfortunately. You may want to try Will-o'-the-Wisp to snipe their Decoder.

Besides, Braintrust might be better than Medical Breakthrough here - the first Medical is quite tough to score...
