Weyland - Power Shutdown - lets trash corroder!

The idea here is pretty simple - Almost every competitive runner runs some of the following: corroder, AI breakers, Faerie, SMC.

Faerie, SCM and Corroder are probably the best targets for Power shutdown. Having 10 sentries serves to cause too many targets for recurring faerie alone.

AI-only suites would be pretty resilient to this idea, so there is swordsman. Also serves as punishment for early aggression.

Power shutdown might be risky, but if milling 2 cards means that they cant break barriers, its probably worth it. Jackson for draw power and to save your ass from milled agendas.

I like Power Shutdown, and trashing a zero drop is sneaky since you won't even have to mill. And while you can't COUNT on being able to snipe corroder with it, there is a decent chance, especially if you get it early and bop the corroder when it's the first program.

You will definitely see better sniping with corporate troubleshooters under archer/grim, and for that matter I still prefer a rototurret to an ichi.

I see no reason to run bastion over wall of static, since it's only marginally more taxing for them, but is all the same an invincible ETR as long as they have no barrier breaker. The same honestly is true for Hadrian's Wall, but I'm a big fan of Hadrian's and it's still a good card if your plan goes belly up. But, if your deck is working like a well oiled machine, honestly, I'd just run the cheap-o barriers.

I personally think aggressive secretary is almost impossible to pull off at a meaningful stage in the game, but perhaps I'm dumb, or your friends are dumber than my friends. But I don't see any reason the runner would hit it unless you were at 4+ points and bullying them into checking it. I think you would have an easier time putting a corporate troubleshooter and a roto/grim/archer over a remote and using something like a melange to get them to run it.
