I'm just getting started in Netrunner, so comments and feedback are welcome. I thoughts this could be a pretty straightforward deck to play, familiarize myself with some of the HB mechanics, etc.

In generall it is a good idea to use all spare influence points and the bigger deck size as corp (49 cards)

Some ideas for you from a middling HB player. 1) Zed 1.0... oh zed. I love this card, the pic, the flavour text the idea. The problem is that in all my games I have managed to get him to fire Once. To work he has to be out early so they don't have a sentry breaker, and has to have a click breakable ICE in-front for which they either have no money or breaker for. I would recommend Ichi 1.0 as an alternative. 2) Dedicated server. Being an asset it takes up the slot where an agenda/trap would go so once rezzed the runner is unlikely to run it. With no way of rezzing ICE in your turn those credits will go to waste. For me another money maker such as Melange Mining Corp. would fit nice.

With Accelerated Beta Test and Bifrost Array I would spend the last four cards that Nyhles recomends on more ICE. out of faction is good to grab some tricks, Tollbooth is a nice late game defender and will go nicely with Priority Requisition.

Other than that, reminds me of when I started and it worked!
