The City Watches 1.0

This deck is designed to help rid the runner of key cards through the use of data hound and Invasion of Privacy. The idea is that runner will dip very low in credits in effort to trash your asset economy. Once they are low enough, you should use Invasion of Privacy if you don't have an agenda to advance. Tagging is light, but in a criminal meta, most go tag me at some point. Also a note about Data Hound, it is really good early game ice. Most runners will not continue to run it after the first time. It also give you insight of the runner's deck.
