Version 1.2. The previous version won a tournament of 12 players in Joensuu, Finland, August 2014. The playerbase was somewhat new and I got a roll of good match ups, but the deck worked rather well nontheless.
The idea is to keep the Runner broke. All the time. Most of the ICE and Upgrades are meant to either tax or use the Identity special. See Ash 2X3ZB9CY and Ichi 2.0 for example. Scoring windows are made with Ash+Red Herrings+RSVP
RSVP is something I enjoy a lot in here. It's mainly a cheap Code Gate that nullifies Yog.0. You could possibly play one or two Project Junebug which could get a kill through RSVP with an AstroScript Pilot Program counter, but I can't bluff that well. Shinobi is there to make the kill, and it's more likely to do it than a Junebug.
Tax them for playing Account Siphon with Closed Accounts, and against non-Siphon decks just spam them with Tags with the likes of Restructured Datapool. Interns has so much utility it's not even funny. Wait... it is, actually. Use it for Ash or Red Herrings, or even SanSan City Grid.
Really fun to play with, and a Runner without money can't really do much good. Criminals don't like this, and even Anarchs don't pose that much of a threat these days with so much Siphon coming from that direction. Can't say how this would handle Shaper.
Much of the money comes in with plain-ol' Clicks. Don't worry about it - just take it. Cover R&D with most of the ICE. HQ isn't that much of a problem generally. R&D lock might ruin your day.
You could switch an Ichi 2.0 with another Shinobi if you wanted. Both are grand.
