One Great City! (Grindy, Trappy Fast Advance)

The beauty of this set-up to me is the flexibility. Nearly everything does multiple jobs. The ice hurts (even if they break it), most assets can be used even if run on, and advancement tokens all double as money, damage, or trick of light targets.

As for how you actually play this: First few turns should by trying to ice up important centrals and starting a remote. If you have Rose, get him up and running. If not, get an advancement on the most important central and the remote, then start either forcing runs or getting Atlas tokens or The Cleaners online. By mid-game you should hopefully have all your servers iced and advanced with a couple of remotes appreciating in value.

As for how you win: There are a lot of different ways to win. So far I've blown up buildings, milled decks, rig shot, flatlined with net damage, chained Atlas' together, spliced genes, even fast-advanced a couple 5/3's. The way run timing works, you could even theoretically use Reconstruction Contract to overload a naked gene splicer after the runner's already committed to accessing it, but I've yet to do that.

As for changes: Not in love with Meru Mati. Probably don't need both macrophage and cyberdex. Have tried SSL Endorsement over The Cleaners, and I like it thematically, but, honestly, the extra money hasn't often been needed. Might slot in a single Preemptive Action to get more juice out of the fast advance tricks and to help with flood.

Is this deck good? Probably not. It can be slow and kind of janky at times. But as someone who's pined after Weyland Consortium: Builder of Nations for a long time, this is a ton of fun. Oh, and the name is a reference to the album Reconstruction Site by The Weakerthans.
