I like your breaker suit with the hardware you have. With one deep red and one memstrips and one of each breaker installed, that's still a strength 6 Sage. Very solid. The few problems I've noticed is the lack of card draw and 53 cards vs 50. with only 3 I've Had Worse you're going to be spending a LOT of time clicking for a card. With 50 cards that's a big issue. See if you could fit in Earthrise hotel or something else to keep the cards coming. As far as your 3 extras, I recommend removing one forked one knifed and one spooned. While these cards are game changers sometimes, you don't want to always be seeing them early and often. Otherwise an interesting deck idea. Could really go in anyone though. Maybe remove blackmail and Investigative hournalism and to slot it into Edward Kim. You have fairly solid access with those breakers. Kim would love to see cards that often.
