I used to successfully run ToL NEH and now my obsession with Haarp brought me here. So the question is; Why Haarp?

Haarp's ability can really let you cheese out an Astro, making it a really sloppy built-in Biotic Labor when you are badly Clot-locked. After testing out Award Bait, it really synergizes well with both Haarp and ToL. I also find that many people are slotting Scrubber, playing Val or are running other Asset-hate, making the jump from NEH more justified.

The Changes?

Green Level Clearance marginally makes up for the lack of NEH draw, while Hedge Fund can finally be slotted because of the lack of PADs. I went down to 2 ToLs because between Haarp and 3x SanSans, it isn't too hard to get an Astro scored. Turnpike is the latest edition to the suite of small ice, and I like it. Its cheap and punishes the face-check. Its a lot better than it looks on paper, though. Its perfect R&D chump ICE for Gutenberg-less decks.

Archangel is my new Yellow-tinted love, because being able to bounce Yog.0 to give Quandary some longevity is a blessing. Other than that, its the same old Space Tricks deck. More 2/1 Agendas make it really easy to score out, so a single Astro is really threatening in this post D&D world.

Try it out, I'd love some feedback.
