Experimental deck. Keep agendas in well defended HQ, you can even show the runner they're there with Celebrity Gift, it's hardly worth the runner's time for one agenda point. R&D doesn't need much ice because there are few trashable cards, so if there's an ice/operation on top, the runner will just have to wait. Or else they could install R&D attack cards, but those are less useful than normal because they can only steal one agenda per turn. And they can't lock you out because you have three Anonymous Tip and two Fast Track, not to mention you already have a bunch of agendas in HQ by the time their lock is set up. For your remote, you need to defend SanSan City Grid, and bring it back with Interns / License if the runner trashes it.
