(Note: I'm still pretty new to the game and own a limited set of cards, so this decks reflect what I have to work with. In particular I don't have Creation & Control yet, which would make a big difference.)
Like it says on the tin, this is a bog-standard Shaper deck; it might morph into something that actually wins games later, but right now it's mostly a training wheels thing.
General notes:
- Personal Workshop doesn't synergise that well with Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker, but it's too useful not to include
- Woman in the Red Dress and Indexing are new cards for me, and I have no idea if they're worth including
- I should probably include better, more expensive events to get the most out of those Prepaid VoicePADs.
- Man, I hope I manage to find my icebreakers before I get stomped flat

A lot of your notes are pretty insightful. You should probably replace all your Kati Jones, Woman in the Red Dress, and Personal Workshop with 3 of every event and Prepaid VoicePAD. Cards like Modded, R&D Interface, and PPVP are too good not to have 3 of.
I'd also change your breaker suite significantly. I'd change to use Corroder instead of Snowball, remove both Crypsis, and add 3 Special Order if you don't own any Clone Chip or Self-modifying Code. Although Test Run might be enough for this.
Also, definitely definitely definitely take advantage of Parasite, Datasucker, and Mimic. They could help you out a lot.
