Only 9 Agenda. Yes, 9/6 is dangerous, but two 5/3 agenda or more agenda is dangerous too. So I prefer to reduce the agenda ( I still have Daily Business Show for protection) and give more space for more useful card.

Asset:

Daily Business Show is important, it can improve the efficiency of draw cards and hidden agenda.

Upgrade:

In fact, Reclamation Order is also feasible. But SanSan City Grid is more powerful. It is no use if you only have the Reclamation Order. And SanSan City Grid can deplete opponent's economy. ( I will discuss another reason below)

Operation:

Hui night harbor must full. As for the Restructure, Commercialization and Subliminal Messaging. you can use or even replace, actually this is not important, as you like.

Strategy:

No remote in early stage. Don't be afraid if 9/6 agenda is Stolen. You can win the game with 3 Atlas + 1 Hostile Takeover or 2 Atlas + 3 Hostile Takeover . If the Atlas is stolen. 2 Trick of Light and SanSan City Grid can still help you advance the 4/3 or 5/3 agenda.

Hint:

If you scored an Atlas and have the Daily Business Show, please use the Atlas before you draw cards. So that you can use the Daily Business Show to hide the other agenda(if you draw it).
