A deck I'd like to try. Is it janky? Or SUPER janky?

The thought is to install and advance some ice early with Dedication Ceremony while scoring a Public Support. Then I hopefully Biotic Labor, install Government Takover, and play Red Planet Couriers to move nine advancement tokens to Government Takeover and score. If I end up trying to score out a Hollywood Renovation, I can either use Dedication Ceremony, or advance Hollywood set up ice for a future Red Planet Couriers.
