This is out of date LOS, I build this since he release but not after TD release, the only change for TD is -1 Shutdown -1 SOT +1 Maxwell +1 BFH.

Let's start, same as all Off-Campus deck, mulligan for it but it's okay to start with Drug Dealer or Hostage and some Muertos.

This need some setup, but once you set your Dr. Drug, things will flow easily.

Trick things is Gang Member, when you have this you can run early then install him, leave him til you find Dr. Pawn and pawn them into the bin.

Sneakdoor for Shutdown and some surprise factor, Gingerbread because in my local their're always yellow and its cheap.

This deck goes to 47 at first but finally I cut the 3rd Sure Gamble because we will find money from running not building, seem wired but yes we find money from running in the building deck haha.
