Needle In the Netstack

There are only six agendas in the deck. Use Precog, Rework, and Exec Retreat to control when you have agendas in hand. Meanwhile, build up a pile of credits and tags, then psycho through three agendas when it's time.

I haven't played this deck since the summer, but it was a lot of fun. Not good for competitive play because it plays a long game. I need to revisit it now that Jesus Howard is in the card pool.
