The focus of this deck is simple: ICE up centrals, install Midway Station Grid, rez it when you like your defenses and make running HQ and R&D so expensive that the runner is instead forced to check your single remote each time you install something - and if it's revealed to be a Melange or mr. Howard you will often have a clear window to score an agenda. And as we all know, NBN only needs ONE window for the train to leave the station.

Moreover, the runner will be forced to respect your tagging abilities or risk getting Scorched Earths stuffed down their throats. Any sane runner will respect this. Instead we focus on economy, closing their accounts if the opportunity presents itself, and on wrecking their rig with Archer.

The deck is straight-forward, fairly easy to play and able to make the runner hedge his bets even though we have no way of punishing him non-economically.
