My first go at a Cache Refresh deck. I think I may have stumbled onto something decent here. Host Savant on Dhegdheer, get your MU up, use Egret and Tinkering to keep ice in Code Gate mode so you can break through it. It's un-optimized as hell because I'm awful at the game, but that combo came together okay.

8 Decoders, but no slot left for a single backup fracter? What if the corp stacks 2-3 cheap barriers in a server?
