Draw a bunch of cards and get your monolith out, perhaps with the help of the personal workshop plus stimhack combo. Then run R&D a lot and force them to wipe chakana counters every few turns. Atman can deal with archer who is too expensive to pass with creeper. Don't worry about being too fancy with SMC, just grab your early magnum opus if you need it.
