OMG It's Full of Horizons 0.1

The idea is to build a Weyland deck that always installs and advances once.

This allows Project Atlas to be over advanced without giving any information away. The remaining agendas are 4/2s that provide econ one way or the other. The weakest agenda is Geothermal Fracking as you never want the Bad Publicity unless it ensures the kill. As strong Oaktown Renovation is at 4/2 I'd rather give zero information away to the runner.

I've put the deck into Gagarin so as to make most use of the powerful Assets that have been released in the recent cycles. Titan Transnational makes better use of Project Atlas but is a blank ID for almost every other agenda because Mark Yale is consistently either late for work or goes home early. However the two additional influence is really tempting..

I decided to avoid the full herbs IG style Mumba asset foolery because I don’t like anything about that play style. This feels like a happy medium between solitaire horizontal asset nonsense and playing actual Netrunner.

17 high value Assets ask the runner to run often, including 2 advanceable traps to bluff out and force runs. SEA / Scorched / Gagarin tax to hurt them when they do.

15 Ice to satisfy Mumba Temple that tries to tax with just a couple of heavy lifters.

6 Operations that are self-explanatory.

I'm not sold on Crisium Grid but I hear that Account Syphon is a good card.

GRNDL Refinery could be worth the include but I'm not sure what to cut.

This deck is absolutely in alpha. Many tests and changes to follow.

I don't think, as the runner, I'd care about hitting a single advanced Cerebral or Junebug. They just don't do anything I care about. Really, there's very few cards in the game that are threatening at 1 advancement. As I type that, I honestly can't think of any, actually. The only one that might actually matter in a Scorch deck is Shattered Remains, which you're not running. Also, 3rd Scorch is probably needed, since you'd need to find the three exact cards to kill the runner each game. Atlas helps, but adding in the third Scorch makes this more probable.
