It is fusion of old-fashion HB fast advance and Nordrunner's Red Coats(did red herrings give it a name?)

You can tax pretty hard, you can score from hand. Use never advance style, install red herrings and ashes to force runner run your remote. Recure them, SanSan, Adonis Campaigh or Next ices with architect.

Pretty flexible build. Can win vs every modern archetypes.
