This deck probably dies once Eater drops (although that's what Will-o'-the-Wisp is for), but Excalibur frees up ice for other servers and presents a possible guaranteed win against runners without an AI breaker.
EDIT: Just picked up The Source yesterday and hadn't noticed Excalibur is unique. Bit of a facepalm moment...
As for possible changes, I'm thinking of dropping Ichi 1.0 to make room for Ash 2X3ZB9CY, which pairs nicely with Excalibur on a remote.

Also, this looks like a fun (albeit safe) RP build. I've been playing RP for quite some time, and so I know the power of Ichi 1.0. I'm just curious about the lack of Tsurugi. Its no influence and its better than Komainu in a no snare/no fetal RP build. |

You're right. I always forget about the ETR subroutine on Tsurugi. Definitely -1 Ichi, -1 Excalibur, -1 Komainu for +2 Tsurugi and an Ash 2X3ZB9CY. |

Snowflake is a card I bounce between. If I'm expecting a lot of criminal, I'll include it for the cheap Rez and the pump from Corroder. However my meta has a lot of shaper and Lady laughs at snowflake. |
The trouble is Excalibur is unique - you can only have one copy rezzed at a time. Therefore you can't just put 3 across the central servers and call it a night.
A surprise rez could make all the difference at game point, but my gut is a Nisei token is probably just a good and more consistent.
That said it could be fun.
