Can Noise mill competitively?

Have any of you tried to build competitive milling deck, recently?

The one here is theoretical. I will give it a try and polish but would like to hear some potentially obvious suggestions first.

17 viruses. 6 of them can be recurred with Deja Vu.

Aesops for Daily Casts, Armitage and unneeded viruses.

The strategy would be to pull and install as many virus programs as possible while maintaining limited but constant pressure on different servers, starting with whatever comes to hand first: R&D with Medium; HQ with Nerve Agent, Account Siphon, Archives and remotes with Parasites and Datasuckers.

Wyldslde allows drawing cards like crazy. Cyberfeeder, Grimoire install and boost viruses for free, triggering thrash. Next turn Aesop frees up the memory for another install.

Levy resets stack mid game. Infiltration to make those few runs count.

Crypsis is there for cheap ice, Darwin for bigger ones. Imp for Jackson Howard, Interns and Archived Memory.

The typical turn would involve: 1 - Wyldside, 2 - Install virus, 3 - Play economy card/token on Crypsis. 4 - make run (probably every 2 turns).

What do you think?
