Reina says you have to pay to play

This deck is a work-in-progress.

The idea here is to get out Xanadu ASAP and force the corp to pay extra to rez ice. Punish them by forcing them to rez ice with Forged Activation Orders and trash ice they can't afford. De-rez ice after making a successful run with Emergency Shutdown--now they get to pay twice for the ice! Make it too expensive for them to rez any ice on a run by playing Tread Lightly. You get the idea.

There are probably some better econ cards and ice breakers that could be swapped out. For example, Cleaver seems to be a better barrier breaker than Corroder, but that's accounted for by including cards to weaken ice like Ice Carver and Leech. I built this deck with the remnants of what wasn't consumed by another runner deck I currently have built.
