Deck valid after Sixth Rotation |
published by AlwaysBeRunning.net
I chose this deck mostly because I love Earth Station and playing off-meta IDs generally, but it was also a bit of a meta call (that partially worked out).
I anticipated more decks that get screwed by program destruction or that were dependent on AI breakers (which is why the Hammers are in this list, and why I went to 3 copies of SDS), which did not really come to pass.
However, the credit tax from running the remote was really effective in this tournament, and some players completely gave up on the idea and hammered centrals instead. I managed to bait a 6 credits run into a double advanced NGO several times, which is really the goal of this deck - so that went well!
The main weakness of this deck were Lat and Arissana, as even without trick shot they were still able to deal with most of my threats cheaply and quickly enough that they could spare the Earth Station tax when it was necessary (not to mention that SDS did barely anything against them).
Overall this was a fantastic tournament and I am really happy with my performance, especially since this janky off-meta thing performed almost as well as a classic mulch Hoshiko that I netdecked from cobrabubbles for the tournament.

This deck continues to be a powerhouse everywhere it shows up. Will we see Constantinople Station 3 win Worlds?
