Here's NEH v2.0 using only System Gateway and System Update 2021. I added more asset economy and shaved some influence to include Urtica Cypher and Marilyn Campaign. C&C welcome and appreciated :)

6 May 2021 MaesterAelix Now, I know some of these may take influence you don't currently have, but submitted for you consideration (Focusing in on your Corp Power): Fully Operational, La Costa Grid, and Tranquility Home Grid. There is also Palisade, but its not exactly amazing All of these should be start-up legal as well.
