With Curtain Wall / Archer + Oversight AI you can easily score an agenda or you can just catch the Runner in a trap, they won't expect that much Net dmg out of Weyland.

You have no active way of tagging the runner though - if nothing else, squeeze in one SEA Source you can look for with an Atlas counter.

I see your point. However, SE in this deck is not in for the kill, but to give the runner strong incentive to remove the tags that he actually do get. Account Siphon is quite present in our meta. For kill I have Punitive and Neurals that will probably take up the space in my hand for anything else. So I might actually consider removing 1 SE copy from the deck for something else.

If someone goes tag-me, they're prepared to handle the Scorch threat and are playing around it. For Siphon punishment, Closed Accounts works so much better.

Also, Punitives for the kill have even more preconditions than double-scorched - you need a TON more money, your timing window is extremely limited, and it gets negated by carapaces just as nicely.
