The Phantom Menace

ZadokDJ 3

Hoping to gives this a try this coming week.

The idea is to focus on the combination of Gingerbread and Panchatantra. Using Self-modifying Code to help bring either one out quicker.

Crash Space is there to help remove any additional tags that the Corp throws on you (ie: SEA Source) and mitigate any meat damage as a secondary function.

R&D Interface with Maya is your ideal hardware set up - the other Interfaces are simply for fun and keep the Corp on their toes. Archives Interface is to remove any key cards that the Corp would love to see back in their hand at some point. HQ Interface is there because the Corp will expect an R&D assault seeing as your Jesminder - so the HQ interface is simply to throw a curve ball as they try to figure out what your up to - or expect an Account Siphon hit - which may work to reduce the amount of ICE they lay down to protect R&D.

The other cards I've not mentioned are self explanatory in their purpose.

What's Tinkering for here?

Yeah, Tinkering does absolutely nothing with Gingerbread as your only breaker. I'd get rid of them and add a couple The Personal Touch and maybe a Net-Ready Eyes. They will reduce the cost using the breaker.

Yeah... Tinkering is legit mistake (from a previous build- forgot to remove).

The only issue I see with this build (from test play earlier today) is when coming up against a server protected by 3 or more ICE,I have to rely on getting all 3 panchantras out and hoping a 4th piece of ICE isn't installed.

Do you think I should add more icebreakers or switch out Gingerbread and Panchantra for a breaker suite?

It's a good set up. Gingerbread and panchantra can get through absolutely any ice. Maybe add a couple krakens to get rid of a piece of ice on heavily protected servers.
