Requiem for Haarpsichord

This is an update to first-principles Haarp for the 20.06 banlist (also fine for 20.09). I dusted it off recently because of nostalgia and because with Film Critic and Employee Strike both banned, it has fewer match-ups where it just disintegrates. I'll be sad to see this ID rotate.

Do Haarp stuff to build up a point advantage bit by bit. Use the buffer of News Team, Quantum Predictive Model, and 15 Minutes to (hopefully) give you the space to set up neutral or beneficial exchanges.

Digital Rights Management is really helpful here, as it minimizes the time you spend with one agenda in HQ waiting for a second to jam. The closer for a lot of games is DRM for a 2-pointer, install 2-pointer, and advance (e.g. beale + advanced explode-a).

RLC and BLC are good for quickly packing multiple agendas into your hand and setting up for your next jam. Jeeves is essential for slowing down the runner and making NA explode-a a thing.

Ideal ICE setup is gutenbergs on R&D, IP block + data raven on HQ, DR over remote (for QPM), and slot machines wherever the runner is applying pressure.

Tag punishment is limited to "you can't steal QPM" and EOI for victory. SEA source could probably get dropped for another EOI to help against tag-me, this deck is typically too poor to land the trace.
