5 Click Haas

So, between Director Haas and Mandatory Upgrades you can have up to 5 Clicks available to you in a single turn. Or even more, if you use tokens from Efficiency Committee or the Arcology AI. This allows you to score pretty much any Agenda from your Hand given you have credits available. The Deck resolves around two things you need to do: 1. How well can you protect Director Haas? 2. How fast can you score Mandatory Upgrades? As long as you have those two on the field and protect R&D, you can score any Agenda from hand. What do you guys think?
