[Frankfurt30 Expansion] Surfer Kit

These expansion decks were not created by MiakH himself, rather by myself, Zylyz. I wanted to have more decks and ID's to play casually, so I made 12 more decks. Feel free to test them out and suggest any changes to them. It was quite a challenge to build all the decks, and I have had to change around a couple cards in the existing Frankfurt30 decks to ensure no deck had duplicate cards being used. Enjoy!

This was the first deck I made when undergoing the design of these expansion decks. Kit is probably my favorite runner, so she joins the line-up as the 5th shaper ID, with some fitting cards, primarily Cyber Cyphers. I wanted to make this deck revolve around making as many things as possible code gates, and I think it was also a natural decision to include Surfer and Inversificator to swap around ice to your needs. Because the economy of the existing cards were already being stretched thin, I decided to run Fan Sites tricks, Pro-Co, and Deuces. Although I also added a couple Sure Gambles with a single Shadow Net, for nice burst speed econ.

Because this deck uses Inversificator, we had to take this away from Hayley, who was given it in her most recent changes. If we stick with the first revision of Hayley changes, we get to use Inversificator here in Kit.
