Rielle's Headlock

Rielle Cyber Cypher deck with a little help from my little friend Atman. Chose to use Scavenge instead of Modded, since costs are not that high to need it and Cipher remapping is vital here. Omni-drive over mem chips because it pays for itself and allows one more chance a turn to run with Cipher, leaving me room to play with my tricks.
