Concept idea for credit tax/shell game. Enough end the run ice to keep runners out of centrals as much as possible. Jackson as your reset/release valve for getting cards back or managing agenda flood.

Red herrings and napd require runner to be filthy rich to steal it. Red herrings and tollbooth work well together. Possibly better to have 2 ash and 2 toll booth

Could be a little light on economy, but oak town is a cash cow.

Take out breaker bay really no reason to have that in there.
