Simple gameplan is to Siphon and use the money to invest in your huge breakers so you can run for days. This doesn't have to siphon to work well, it just uses it as an additional Econ card. Whizzard loves all the asset Econ decks that are big now. His ability comes up all the time and will only get better as more cards come out.
