Sunny and Friends 1.0

This is a first draft of a Connections deck I've been poking about at for a while. The basic idea is to use off-campus apartment to get your connections into play with card draw, and use the accelerated draw to get to your drip econ and late-game state early enough. I'm not sure it has enough good ways to get access to it's breakers, so this is still prone to future iteration.
