This deck is about intense early icebreaking pressure. About 25% of the time, this deck will execute a Turn One heavy attack that can't be stopped by ICE. The key cards to look for in the opening hand are The Maker's Eye (or Legwork), Cyber-Cypher, and a cash event. It's a pretty powerful start.

The most questionable part of the deck is the choice of so-called "sustainable economy" card: Oracle May. She's here primarily because of her very low startup cost. When she names "Event" and draws a card her expected value is 0.73 event cards and 1.4 credits. When you stop to think about it, that is in the ballpark of a Magnum Opus or Professional Contacts. Compared to those cards, her installation tempo cost is negligible. On the other hand, she is dicey. You may draw Sure Gamble for 6 credits over two actions, or you may draw & discard a breaker you wanted to play. She's also exerting a powerful negative force over the other cards in the deck - moving them towards events. This is why there aren't any clone chips or self-modifying codes, and forcing a Modded and Net Celebrity, which aren't that great. I'm not sure I'm sold on her.

The early target of the Test Run / Scavenge combo is Torch. I've never paid full price for it. Later, the target is the Femme Fatale or the Omega.

With it's high breaker strength, Cerberus "Lady" H1 pairs well with Tinkering, and it benefits from the occassional Scavenge.

It's fun to be a rabid attack dog of a Shaper.
