If I were you, I would remove Bad Times (which is not as efficient as you would expect), and add some proactive tagging events (SEA Source or Midseason Replacements, with a preference for Midseasons).

If you do not play with Midseason Replacements, you'll find that Information Overload will not be good enough to warrant its important rez cost. Apart Information Overload, I actually quite like your ICE mix - Taurus is a nice touch.

Finally, you may want to swap a Private Contracts for something else (another PAD Campaign or a Marked Accounts), as you will not want to have two installed at the same time.
