Updated from my previous version. Thanks to user nbove for the tips. Took out the Woman in Red, as it was eating up influence needed to be able to recur programs from my heap. Also changed some of my singleton breakers. Though in all honesty, I will probably update it again with True Colors for Garrote.

What about dropping clone chip (or Deja Vu) and one QT for Levy AR Access? That way, once you are through the whole deck, you can start over with a higher event density? Get re-use out of those SOTs too.
Just a suggestion base don theory. I will try both versions out soon, since this is exactly the kind of Andy deck I like to play.
