Enough with trying to flatline the runners, bury them in tags, or import sneaky out of faction cards. Let's just get the agenda points. We do need to land a single tag on occasion to be able to play Exchange of Information though. Threat Level Alpha works if you have much more money than the runner. Otherwise you can try to rush through a Fly or a Headline with at least one click remaining. Sansan and calibration can let you fast advance or never advance an agenda (and license acquisition can bring them back if trashed) if the ice is not enough to keep the runner from accessing an advanced card for a turn
