Yup this is pretty standard butcher shop except with binary ice instead of data ravens and stuff because sometimes it's just easier to rush out a Breaking news then Scorched Earth into Traffic Accident instead of Midseasons. Binary ice helps make that easier. In all of my practice before the tournament, most of my kills came from rushing a BN into scorched super early game, however all my wins for this tournament were Midseasons kills. Also went with operation econ over PAD's because it's faster (so pretty much just 3 restructured instead of 3 PAD campaigns).
