Deck for East Anglia Regionals. Trying to stuff in some more multi access

After going 1-2 at regionals I chose to swap out the WAKE for some more economy pieces. Docklands, Cataloguer and Maker's Eye are in hindsight plenty of multi access and the additional econ from Bahia Bands and Miss Bones should allow me to more consistently set up the ideal rig.

Lost particularly badly after an Outfit deck with Border Control learnt I was on Compile and ensured I was always prevented from meeting Ice with it so I couldn't recur a discarded Orca; Test Run could serve an alternative despite requiring a Spark in hand already to be useful. Additionally, Sparking early to ensure not accidentally drawing into the Breakers will also make setting up easier.
