[Startup] Nuvem Pile of Cards

There aren't many startup decks on NRDB right now, and there aren't many (if any) decks with the new banlist published, so I figured I'd publish this deck that I tossed together for an informal GNK over the weekend. I'll be publishing three more just to help populate the startup section.

It has a lot of odd decisions, in part because I have some alts for certain cards, and wanted an excuse to use them before rotation (ie, Oaktown instead of Atlas, Archived Memories, etc). However, I think you can use this as a starting point if you wanted a quick Nuvem deck for startup with a few changes based on personal preference

It went 1-0 at a startup GNK which means it's undefeated (let's gooooo!) but it's really just "set up tucana, score an eminent, build glacier and score out" with "flatline the runner if they start being annoying".

Business as Usual feels better in Nuvem as it lets me get my 2 credits and advance an agenda + treeline/logjam. I don't think Hearts and Minds is worth it, and probably can be cut early since runners nowadays know to trash it on sight.

Archived Memories is kinda fun (and not banned in Startup) with Nuvem. Trashing something on an earlier turn, and being able to just bring it back later if it's necessary gives some flexibility, and you can also use it to return upgrades that the runner trashed (or do Punitive, Archived Memories, Punitive again)
