Stop Hitting Yourself v1.0

Experimenting with my first Jinteki deck. Was inspired after a discussion with Damon and decided to give it a shot. It feels like it's missing Jackson Howard and/or maybe an Eli or 2. I have 2 Influence that opened up from removing a 3rd Hive. I could be wrong. This is my first Jinteki deck, so any suggestions are welcome!

Do you really need the Trick of Light? You would need to have all 3 in hand to fast advance.

I might also drop 1 Shi.Kyū as you only need to stick 1 and with two in the deck you will probably see one and all other's are just dead draw.

I might also add an ice with "end the run" on Code Gate and Sentry so that your Aggressive Secretary let's you squeeze out some agendas from remotes better.

Good luck.

You've only got 3 true ETR ice in the entire deck, and you dont really have any way to win besides either hoping they faceplant a junebug or you score six points.

Yagura, precog, snare and shock are decent R&D defense, but i just dont see anything that will keep the runner out of centrals. They wont need to run your remotes, honestly. If they have any method of draw accelleration or other means of soaking net damage, they can run R&D with impunity.

I think, even considering things like shock and snare, R&D is going to be ripe for the picking, since you've got 12 cards that trash for zero, and another 3 that trash for 2. Thats over 1/3rd of your deck.

trick of light makes little sense, since you are only running 5/3s. Seems like just about the only way you could get a kill is with a 4 advanced junebug via mushin-no-shin - i think the rest of the deck might get a lucky kill against an inexperienced runner, or runners not usiing infil, but as a whole, good, thoughtful runners will apply decent central pressure and stop you from doing much.

with your ice, siphon will land easily, and if you do get hit by siphon, you probably wont be able to recover very quickly.

Its a sound idea, and i've seen decks like this do alright. But i think going ice-light in this meta is a really really bad idea. For a 44 card deck, i would run 15 ice at a mininum, and i would try to ensure a majority of those 15 are either win conditions or ETR.

Hope this helps! good luck on Friday.
