Your ice on your centrals should be punishing, not ETR. I'd change all of them to enigmas, wall of thorns, chum, grim, hourglass, ichi, etc. Given J:RP's power, having lots of asset economy is actually very viable, and I would put in private contracts, pad campaign, marked accounts, if you have influence for them, eve and adonis, etc.
