My first attempt at a fast advance deck, basic plan is to wall up HQ and R&D early game the mass credit until I can score out agenda in one turn.

meh. Zed 1.0 is really bad card. and you need more money. and more ice for next design

NEXT Design: Guarding the Net needs much more ice to work, so your agenda density is far to high. 3 copies of Efficiency Committee go well with the FA-theme, but then you should make use of the combo with Shipment from SanSan, especially since you have left a lot of influence. Keep three copies of Accelerated Beta Test and the remaining agendas should be 5/3 like Project Wotan. When you play NEXT Bronze, you should also play NEXT Silver, and maybe one or two copies of NEXT Gold. And what dmipgoz said: forget Zed 1.0, money is an issue, so think about Hedge Fund, Green Level Clearance or maybe Successful Demonstration. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the help, I rebuilt it with more ice less agenda, and see how I go
