I think that with the special orders you can probably drop a few breakers for some Same Old Thing. This way you can get a little more use out of your Public Terminal. But perhaps before this, Dirty Laundry and possibly Legwork should be increased to 3.

Hope this helps. As you improve you may find that having a 2nd or 3rd Desperado will add to the consistency. But for now I think this is a great start!

Yes, it is a good start. But you have some influence left which you could use for better breakers, especially Gordian Blade. Peacock is not flexible enough and Passport is only a central breaker. And with 3 Special Order you don't need 5 decoders. Some of them can make room for a third Dirty Laundry and Legwork, like taegunv suggested.

If you only have the one Desperado, consider trying a different console: Doppelgänger is a good one for Crim, though I've had success using Comet with a bunch of Criminal events.
