It's pretty much just Can't Take the Hint with +1 Wraparound -1 Ping as discussed in that deck's writeup.
During the day the Crew decks I faced were running Yusuf, so it didn't feel particularly useful in those matchups, but there was some opportunities to rez the Wraparounds against some Aumakua Crim decks.
Tournament Report:
Round 1 vs XaviaThe2nd (Sable)
Funny since we played the exact same matchup the night before at SG casuals. Reg sable can feel like a tough matchup with inside jobs. Sable scores out an early Degree mill and starts to play a pretty tight game. I cant get a BCP out and score an Offworld and Degree mill myself. Xavia finds another 4/2 with some boomerang plays and game goes to time.
Draw
Round 2 and Round 3 were Runner games
Snack Time
I brought over dried mangoes and Boy Bawang Cornick from the Philippines. Both are hits and i'll definitely bring some to future events
Round 4 vs Prawnyman (Freedom)
I don't draw into ice for almost 3 turns and i get hit by turn 1 Yusuf. Eventually I find some and start building a remote. Centrals are really light on ice and Freedom just deletes my tag punishment this game. Somehow i scrape out a win with another BCP (which is pretty much blank here) Offworld and a Holoman Degree Mill for the win. Win
Round 5 vs NTan33 (Ken Tenma)
Turn 1 I get Boomerang DooF-ed, but thankfully i climb back out pretty quickly.
I proceed to score out an early ADT which is a big yikes for Tenma. Even with Inside Jobs, I feel very safe securing and scoring a Degree Mill as he did have limited cards installed.
Win
Semis Prawnyman Rematch
Even if i felt like it the matchup should be Freedom favored, I didn't really want to play Sable Dive into Kill NEH.
This time I draw some early ice and rush out an Offworld Office early game with a Seamless.
A Hermes comes down eventually and I worry a bit. I draw up and they're couple more agendas uh-oh. Even with Hermes down, I need to jam in Tomorrows Headline and proceed to advance it once.
Prawnyman has a crew and some Leeches out and surprises me with a Double Botulus play on my triple iced remote. He runs, Ping gets crewed, and i dont rez the second ice. The inner ice is a botulused gatekeeper w/ 1 virus counter and I get in some draw with the sub but he gets rewarded with 2 points via Tomorrows Headline with a consolation prize of 2 tags.
I don't recall directly tag punishishing at this point, and I proceed to just replace one of the botulused Ice while drawing up looking for agendas while Freedom is busy de-tagging.
Eventually I clown-car upgrade my remote with a Manegarm while Prawnyman starts looking for other solutions to Ice. Thankfully, I'm able to score out an Offworld with a click leftover and I'm able to keep the Hermes tempo down.
I score one last 5/3 in the remote for the win.
Finals
Runner game
All in all a very fun event with some tight games! I'm very glad I made the trip and I hope to run back to SG and play with all you folks again! I'm now very ready to leave this meta behind. GGs all!
See ya in the sky when Elevation drops!
