Run All Night feat. Notorious Ken & Apocalypse (Fun Variant

TheLastPaladin 26

The goal of the deck is to set up trinity of central server runs, then pop Apocalypse and win.

Optimal set up:

Start turn with 1 Notoriety, 1 Early Bird, and 1 Apocalypse in hand,

Have Doppelganger on the table. 1 of each Breaker on table.

Click 1: Early Bird. Run wherever but run on a central server. Use your free run to run a different central server.

Click 2: Run on the remaining central server.

Click 3: Apocalypse.

Click 4. Run on Archives (ideally scoring 2 agendas worth 3 point or some combo.

Bonus click: Notoriety for the win.

After you pop Apocalypse you're pretty hosed, so it takes some work to set up the combo. But if you can do it, it's hilarious to watch your opponent's face as they realize what just happened.

This is not a strong deck, but it plays and is a ton of fun. I can normally keep up, and if I really want to win, I just don't play Apocalypse and focus on a central server bash to win the game.

I'm not sure what comment to make, really. As you say, its not supposed to be a strong deck.

With 3 spec orders and 2 of each breaker you should be set up and ready to go at light speed. Then you are just running the centrals over and over. If they try to slow advance on a remote you either quest completed or apocalypse. Bonus 3 points eventually with Notoriety.

There is a lot wrong with this, but you know that, so how to make it work better without changing the plan...

Honestly, the fan site/ data dealer jank feels right for this deck. Lose 1 apocalypse and plascretes to get 3 Fan sites, add data dealer. Rockstar Ken has notoriety AND fans.

@Waltzard That's not a bad idea. I honestly just took my current runner deck, and just added some fun cards for a "Jank tournament" that was being ran.

I mostly threw it up here for fun and so people could see it :)
