Operation Chastise v1.0

Just a first look at what a Punitive Counterstrike might look like. The deck uses mostly 3 pointers since they would provide the maximum damage with that, and there's little ICE since you're supposed to flatline the Runner, not waste your time advancing Agendas!

Anyway, there's also big pieces of ICE to help possibly scoring a 5/3 in early game. If you manage to score The Cleaners, after all, things should become way smoother.

Jackson Howard should help recycle both PC and Snare!, but maybe 3 copies are overkill. Just didn't know what to do exactly with that last influence point... a Wall of Thorns, maybe?

Also, one less Data Raven to add a single SEA Source could help against "overly" cautious Runners.

Power Grid Overlay is there to take care of those damn Plascrete Carapace that people like to have against Weyland. And plenty of economy cards to have the money to actually manage to blow'em up for good. Commercialization because you should really advance those Hadrians, Ice Walls and possibly Shadow. Less ICE means it'll have to be harder to pass, or you could as well go without, right?

Finally, the name is obviously a reference to corporal punishment, it's "meat" damage after all! But it's also a reference to WWII, and the British mission who took place in... Ruhr Valley, in May 1943.

You need false lead in this deck imo. This card single-handedly ups the value of data Raven and snare. When scored, the runner must run on clicks 1 and 3 or be at risk. Also if the runner plans to draw up after stealing, you can take away the clicks and use PC to rock their face off. PC also helps eat plascretes before scorch comes down the pipe, so firing it just for fun is good too.

Between snare and pc you might hit enough cards from hand to make an impact too.

I'm not sure which cards I'd cut to fit in 2 or better 3 false leads...maybe go to 3x gov't 3x cleaners and 3 false leads and drop an econ card or something.

False Lead is a solid suggestion, I could swap it with the 2 copies of Hostile Takeover. It would definitely add to the risk factor, once I score it, and running on the first two clicks wouldn't be so safe anymore.
