$pace Money v0.1

Okay, so this one is definitely a work in progress - basically the idea here is either to A. create an extremely expensive, super annoying scoring server made of Patched RSVPs, and then force the runner to run it all the dang time (is that a GRNDL? An Agenda? A trap? Who knows!), depleting his credits while you get rich through Paywall, PAD campaigns, etc. or B. to get a couple Punitives and bait the trap with Government Takeover. I have yet to score Takeover, but I'm not sure it needs to - I've managed to win with next turn-punitive several times. If the Runner's already got a few points, just shuffle it around with Jackson, or score that Glenn Station and remove it from the game. An overadvanced Atlas doesn't hurt too - need your punitive? Got a great scoring window? Whatever it is, you got it. What do you think?
