Haarp Slow Burn (2nd White Widow SC)

its rude, it flat lines, or, as posted in the netrunner geeks facebook page, scored 7 one pointers to win against safe runners (still can't believed that happened in a tournament). Works pretty well, put in Chronos Project cause of all the faust decks since I don't really have a way to just stop it, Quantum Predictive Model makes me laugh too hard in games, and bad pub seems kind of irrevelant off of Profiteering
